How do I update my billing address?

Great question! You can do this as an account owner when you're logged in to your Basecamp account. Head over to Adminland from the Home screen:

Then, click the "Handle billing, invoices, plans, and add-ons" link:

Click the blue link to Update your card :

Fill out your current credit card information with your billing address. This lets us sort out taxes that we're required to charge in the U.S. -

If you own any additional accounts, you'll be asked if you want to use this card for your other accounts. To update the billing address for all of your accounts, select Yes, change to the new card above . That's it! ✨
